Dream Big Together Activity
What You’ll Need:
Large poster board or paper
Markers, pens, or crayons
Stickers or colorful decorations (optional)
How It Works:
Reflect Together: Start by discussing highlights from the past year. What were your favorite family moments? What made you laugh, smile, or feel proud?
Dream Big: Ask each family member to share their hopes, goals, and dreams for the new year. This can include personal goals, family activities, or big adventures. Write down everyone’s ideas on a piece of paper.
Create the List: On the poster board, divide the space into two sections:
Bucket List: Fun experiences or adventures you want to have as a family (e.g., go camping, visit a museum, bake a giant cookie together).
Goals & Hopes: Family goals, values, or aspirations (e.g., spend more time outside, be kinder to each other, try new hobbies).
Display Your Board: Hang the bucket list and goals somewhere visible, like the kitchen or living room, as a reminder of your shared dreams and plans.
Bonus: Review your list throughout the year and celebrate the moments you achieve together!
